When everything is going wrong, when chaos has you surrounded, when you feel like you are one pick up stick from complete collapse, just remember that you are more than the sum of your problems. When I photograph children, I am rarely looking for the big smile moment. I like to set up stations where the parent and the child can be together making something or doing something that is traditional for them, but my gaol is to capture the essence of their love for one another. In this image I had given the little girl some flowers to choose from and after much deliberation she chose the daisy and immediately wanted to give it to her mother. I believe her big blue eyes show so much love.
